OBITUARY remains to this very day as one of the most influential and groundbreaking bands in the death metal genre, one which they helped to create. Combining hyper-speed guitar riffing, complex arrangements and guttural screams, the band created a bleak and violent soundscape all of their own. After more than 35 years in the pit, OBITUARY continues to peak and dominate the genre worldwide. That’s a given and proven fact!

With the memory of 2020’s sold out ‘Cause Of Death’ New Zealand tour etched into the minds of every person there, OBITUARY are busting to kickstart 2024 right in the guts by herding their way south to rearrange venues, rumble stages and remind us all of the classic era of death metal by churning out a massive career spanning set including a choice slab of meaty cuts from the classic albums of their early years!!

More than two decades deep into their existence, PSYCROPTIC have reigned as kings of Australian death metal for the vast majority of that time. With their distinct technical sound, they have consistently maintained a strong, loyal, and long-lasting rapport with the fans. It’s been a while coming, but PSYCROPTIC are finally in a position to let rip on their most rabid fans of all and together with OBITUARY, make a formidable yet unforgettable experience.

  • We'd prefer it if you leave your bags at home, but if you do need to bring one, please keep it small. Bags will be subject to a quick inspection before you enter.
  • Remember to bring your photo ID (a valid NZ driver's license, passport or Kiwi Access Card). 
  • Minors can attend only with a legal guardian.
