Te-Whanganui-A-Tara’s very own 9-piece Afrobeat Jazz powerhouse STAR TIME are putting on a show at San Fran on June 20th, to celebrate the release of their debut album “We Are Here” releasing on the same date.
Fresh off a sold out show in April alongside Poneke legends OdESSA and Funk The Band, as well as a highlight CubaDupa headline performance, they are now ready to showcase their work in their own flair.
Indeed, anyone who has been to a Star Time show can attest: the true stars of the night are undeniably the audience. The sheer levels of energy and uninhibited dance are nothing short of cinematic. It's a spectacle that truly defies description, where the collective passion of the audience becomes an integral, unforgettable part of the band's Afrobeat Jazz experience.
ENTRY INFO
- We'd prefer it if you leave your bags at home, but if you do need to bring one, please keep it small. Bags will be subject to a quick inspection before you enter.
- We are a cashless venue, so EFTPOS facilities and PayWave are available.
- Remember to bring your photo ID (a valid NZ driver's license, passport or Kiwi Access Card).
- Minors can attend only with a legal guardian.
