Australian indie-rock four piece The Rions have announced the Everywhere Every Single Day New Zealand tour in support of their debut album Everything Every Single Day.
Currently midway through their 19-date Australian run, the band are extending the celebration across the Tasman for three consecutive shows this May. They will perform at San Fran, Wellington on Thursday 7 May, Loons, Christchurch on Friday 8 May, and Double Whammy, Auckland on Saturday 9 May. With momentum at an all-time high, these shows welcome Aotearoa fans into The Rions most exciting chapter of their career to date. Tickets go on sale tomorrow, Wednesday 4 March at midday via moshtix.co.nz
Made up of high school best mates Noah Blockley, Harley Wilson, Asher McLean and Tom Partington, The Rions have rapidly evolved from local Northern Beaches favourites into one of Australia’s most exciting indie-rock exports. They first began gaining traction in 2020, releasing a series of singles that led to their debut EP Minivan in August 2023, followed by Happiness In A Place It Shouldn’t Be in 2024. These early projects were picked up by Australia’s iconic Triple J, with breakout single ‘Night Light’ winning the station’s prestigious Unearthed High competition in 2021 and establishing the foundation for a national following. Their growth has continued to accelerate, translating into relentless touring cycles that quickly found a place in Aotearoa.
Now, the band are in the heat of their success, after the release of their debut full studio album, Everything Every Single Day, released via Community Music in October 2025. The record captures an evolution of their sound, delivering a pensive, contemplative and emotionally-driven collection of pristine indie-rock. It debuted at #1 on the ARIA Australian Artist Albums Chart and stayed familiar to Triple J, taking lead single ‘Tonight’s Entertainment’ to Like A Version, alongside their signature indie-pop rendition of Paramore’s ‘Ain’t It Fun’.
